They learn practical skills for maintaining balance and emotional regulation day-to-day, and discover how caring for themselves places them in the best position to “pay it forward” to colleagues, friends, and family.
At its heart, this course is a celebration of humanity. It affirms that being human is already enough, while equipping participants with new tools to reinforce their capacity to care for themselves and others.

This five-day course is designed for organisations ready to embed Emotional First Aid from within. By developing your own accredited trainers, you gain the ability to deliver Emotional First Aid training at a pace and scale that suits your workforce.
Participants leave with the knowledge and skills to confidently deliver both The Emotionally Intelligent Leader and Emotional First Aid for All courses. They also gain a deep understanding of the philosophy behind EFA, enabling them to champion it in everyday practice, and they develop the tools to support meaningful cultural change tailored to your organisation.
More than building capacity, this programme creates internal advocates who can sustain and grow an emotionally aware workplace culture long after the training is complete.
